E46 Coupe - How to remove third brake light cover?

Hello everybody,

Basically, I've got an E46 coupe where the area under the third brake
light keeps fogging up. So, I'd like to clean the window area just
underneath between the plastic light cover.

Is there an easy way to remove this grey plastic third brake light
cover (hopefully without causing any damage in the process)?
