I own a 96 Geo Tracker that makes a grinding noise and sometimes a
squealing noise when the temperature goes below 70 degrees. At 80
degrees and above there is no noise at all.

I only use this vehicle to go to the beach, but if I stay overnight, in
the morning there is this loud grinding sound until the weather warms
up.

One time on on an extremely cold morning the engine started racing and
the speedometer when to the max level.

Any ideas???
