Anyone been through a car wash with a 968? Is the roof bee sting aerial OK
or does it remove?

yes it is but i've always hand washed. wondered for the odd occasion if the
aerial would cope with the car wash brushes.

While I agree with the DS I'll just add that
on my friend's 968 the mast unscrews from
the antenna base. It does not on any other
924/944 I've had, but his 968 antenna is a
little different. Check to see if the mast on
yours unscrews from the base.

In article <xOlWe.294$tt.199@newsfe2-win.ntli.net>,

Wash it by hand.

Respect the car.
Protect the paint
Preserve your wallet.
