speeding ticket-lawyer advise |
|
|
received a speeding ticket for 102 mph, just one problem, my small truck
with 70,000 miles on it does not go that fast, hell, at 85 it feels like
the doors are going to come off, is there any way to beat this ticket?
I was on the interstate, no construction zone, in new mexico.

Forget about it and pay the ticket. As a New Mexican I can tell you you're
wasting time and money to fight a speeding ticket in NM.
YMMV. |

the way i look at it, had you acctually been going 102 the cop would
had just booked you right then with no questions, that speed is simply
too dangerous for public roads, then again that defense will NOT hold
up... just an opinion |
