E34 water pump

E34 water pump

I bought my '95 525 earlier this year. This is what I found when I
checked the water pump:

I expect that anyone who has an E34 5 series with the M50 engine knows
that the water pump can fail. If not, check your water pump if you
haven't already done so.

Yup, water pumps for your car is a 60K mile service requirement. Get a one

with a metal impeller. Laso makes a good one.....

Also, replace your theomstat housing while you're at it, its also made of
plastic. There's a metal one available.
