Just want to put this out there fyi.

I had a bad experience at Steven & Francine's Complete Automotive Repair
in New York City. I had recently moved to New York State from Maryland.
While in Maryland I had my car inspected and it passed with flying colors.


I brought my car to Steven & Francine's to get inspected. the verdict was
that my emissions were failing because my sparkplug wires were cracking,
and in need of replacement. i decided to take the car to a friend to get
repaired.

On leaving Steven & Francine's I found that car was not working as well as
it had before the inspection. When I got to the other shop, I found that
the cracking on my wires looked like the shear marks from a pair of
scissors. the cracking was only on one wire, and the rest were supple. It
was certainly quite suspicious.

Anyway, I had the car repaired. If you do choose to go to Steven &
Francine's, please be careful, and inspect any parts that are replaced.
