Help
I have a 1995 Monte Carlo and the ignition turns on but car won't start, I was told I need to reset the theft lock, but I do not know how and I need my car. Local car dealer ship wants me to tow it to them. I can't afford too.
we bought this car at an auto auction, so far there hasn't been any problems.
