Try to get a Haynes Book at a parts store, it will help with visuals.

Take off your tire and on the caliper, there should be should be a small stem with a cap on it. Take the cap off (it should kind of look like a grease zerk).

I bought a brake bleeding kit by Leslie and it works great and it was pretty cheap.
