Hi, recently we had about 4+ inches of rain here and as luck would have it I had parked my 97 honda civic by the drain of our parking lot at work that day. Our parking lot is known to flood in the middle (by the drain). Anyway, after work I went out to my car and noticed that water had gotten in and saturated the floor boards of my car. Any suggestions on what I should do about this? One of my coworkers told me to pour rock salt on the floor boards and then vacuum it up the next day. Has anyone heard of this? Thanks for your replies.
