Other than changing the air intake,air filter,pressure in
tires,exhaust,what can I do on a 04F150,4.6,auto,LWB,23750 miles?Does
anyone know about hydrogen boost with water electrolosis,or a
"AeroTurbine" muffler?

Put a brick under the gas pedal so ya can't go fast?
