driven my 944s kinda hard and when i went to slow down i notice it was
louder then normal got home and pop the hood and the long tube witch
feeds in the the down pipe and comes up by the exhaust manifold and is
caped not sure what it is by this is broken pulled it right up .. any
one know what this is and used for ... it looks like it when in right
by the o2 sensor if any one could help thanks ...

EGR, you don't need it..
