I must agree with your point that you do not need to get over it...and
you have every right (privilege really) to "fight" to change any
administration... So I encourage you to get active...
However I voted for Bush and truthfully it was not a very difficult
choice for me to make....
What I really find interest ring are the maps published by US News and
World Report showing the voting results by county... The Maps are
BOTH very RED...... The only BLUE areas are around the Major
Metropolitan areas and New England... that suggests that the
Democratic party's strength comes from the heavily populated Urban
areas of the country and the Republican strength is from Rural
areas... Wonder why?
The 38 deaths of our Serviceman this country suffered last week is
sad..
BUT ...
The MURDER of those hostages especially the Lady from England who has
lived in Irag for over 30 years suggests to me that we are fighting
animals ....
Anyway... I Hope you get off your soapbox and get active in Politics
Its nice living in a Country where you do not have to fear being shot
(or being exacuted) if you voice your opinion...

Heh. So deos my news, but I don't watch the major news networks.
Btw, a study of 9/11 the aftermath and common erors recently
showed that the highest error rate was 80% with Fox News viewers.
The lowest was with NPR listeners, at ~20%.
If you watch biased crap all day long, you get biased crap for
beliefs.
BTW, CNN was somewhere in the 50% range. Fox News was at least
15-20% higher than the others. BCC wasn't great either. |
