Someone tell me what the point in Smart Wipers is.

There fitted to my Galaxy Ghia. Its pissing down and I stop at the traffic
lights. The wipers go to intermittant mode so I cant see the bloody lights
properly.

Go on Mr Ford - Tell me why you fit them
