Cold Stalling on any incline, ok when warm, please help
I have an 86 Plymouth Voyager mini-van with 2.6L & 2 bar Mikuni carb.
I suspect maybe the carburetor is the problem. If so what carburetor component
would it be? Or what other car part if not the carb? As it runs ok when it
completely warms up.

How cold are you talking about? My first thought is the fuel filter. Nearly
every car I've had had some type of running problems, usually either rough idle
or stalling, when the fuel filter is dirty.
