E34 not blowing

As the first snows of autumn hit the English midlands this evening my '95
E34 525i failed to clear the miisting from the windows.

Engine at optimum temp. Air aimed at full de-mist. I could barely feel the
air move!

When switched to blow in through the centre dash vent there was hardly any
power. I've felt more powerful butterfly farts.

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Pehaps a clogged microfilter?

It's for sure the cabin microfilter. Actually it should be replaced at every
Inspection I.
