I need to order a new rocker cover gasket, but the parts people need to
know if it's for the left or right side of the engine. But, it's a V6
engine with one rocker cover at the front and one at the back. (It's
front wheel drive). How do I tell which is classed as the left or the
right?

The fan is usually the front of the engine.

Does that mean that the left side is the left as you look at the front of
the engine or from the back?!

Thanks

The engine is sideways so I said the fan is at the front of the engine
to much confusion it would seem.....
