I read your offer in email with great interest!

I've been really busy, doctor's appts and all during the day, and just haven't
found time to get to a post office with the info you need.

Do you have any other way to get email? I know your webtv box is full, or at
least was the last time I tried.

If not, I'm going to have to try to get to the post office monday. A day, I
hope, where I don't have anything else to do for a change! <g>)

OK Its been on my shelf for 46 years.
Its from my 58 Pacer. Its not torn
but has some black smudge marks
on the front and ballpoint numbers on both front and back.
Maybe you could have it cleaned up.
The price is right......Zip.
Sorry about the full mail box but you
know how spam works.

I'd be honored to have it.

I have a physical therapy appt tomorrow (unless this cold keeps me down), so
I'll be hitting the PO then.

Again, thanks!

Mailed it this morning.
Now I have to find someone that owns
a J.I. Case 1945 model VA series
tractor. Still have the service manual
on my old one.

Dan,
alt.fan.tractors is a news group just like alt.autos.antique (this
one) so the www & .com won't get you anywhere.

It's now safely in the glovebox of MY '58 Pacer!

I can't thank you enough! :-)

Got my January issue of Hemmings
Classic Car (old special interest auto)
today..Page 48 a 58 Edsel convertible,
Yellow with a red and white interior.
God awful combo, the same as the
1949 Packard convertible I took my
drivers test with in the early 50s.

Ugh! I did see a 58 Pacer with a yellow/blue combo, and I hated it at first,
but then it kinda grew on me. Hell, they're Edsels... they should look weird!
<laugh>

I like the convertibles, but I couldn't afford one. It'll be hard enough to
find a 58 wagon in my price range that's not a bucket of rust, but I keep
looking.
