i removed the seat from my Bora,(Jetta in England) disconecting the airbag light to install a Sub. setting of an intermittent airbag light... a few weeks later i rolled it over and then crashed it into a lampost at 100 mph (my fault but beside the point)... not one of the 4 airbags deployed..i was almost killed in the crash.
have this fixed immidiatly!!!!!!... any garage will check and reset your airbag system for around £40 or $80...an airbag light on your dash means in the event of an accident they WILL NOT DEPLOY!... i cannot stress how inportant it is you have this looked at.. i cheaped out and it almost cost me my life! |
