Got into my car today and my steering wheel is shaking. I hear no weird noises coming from my car. I have a 2001 Grand Am. anything? Please Help.

How old are your tires? If they have a lot of miles, you could have a broken belt in the tire. You can tell when you slowly run your hand over the treads and if you feel a lump or bump, then the tire needs to be replaced.

Just to be safe, check the pressure in all of the tires and make sure the lug nuts are tight and secure.

There could be a couple of other issues too. The car could need an alignment, or new struts too.

If you need an alignment, the car will pull to one side. If you need new struts, the car will bounce a lot.
