How long has this forum been active?  OK, after looking I see it was 2004.
Nevertheless, there is an incredible amount of unanswered questions. I have a feeling this is why the posting has run in fits and spurts.
If no-one answers the poster, he/she will not return.
Judging from the entry dates it's been awhile.
Too bad really, lots of sites and not enough interst in them.
