2000 chevy blazer zr2 2dr 4x4

When driving my blazer if I go over 50 mph there is grinding noise in the passenger front tire, but only happens when I go over 50.

Ive check to make sure it was out of 4 wheel drive.
What could it be is there a electric hub or something.....
