Does anyone have any suggestions for how I could improve the miles per gallon of my 03 Blazer V6 4.3? It has 35,000 mile on it and I am considering putting synthetic oil in it. Will this improve the MPG?

The synthetic oil will help but I doubt you will see a difference. Make sure you have a clean air filter and the tires are properely inflated. Your best bet will be to change your driving habits. Keep the a/c off when you can. Drive at the posted speed limit. No fast starts. The gas mileage on your car sucks at best. Good luck
