1996 Altima vibrating problem

I have a 96 altima. When the engine is at idle or slightly above the engine
and the entire car has a strong vibration. As the RPM's increase the
vibrations get weaker. Anyone seen this before? I have already changed the
engine mounts and seen no difference.
