try drilling a very small hole in the headlight assy. under the hood so
water wont run in it. this will evaporate the condensation. the heat from
the lights will help heat the condensation to evap. the water

Many late model car come with a small drain hole in the cover for
the reason you describe. It is discussed in the owners manual.
