1998 pathfinder wheel center caps stolen |
|
|
Recently, all 4 of my wheel center caps where stolen (NYC area). As a
result, I began paying attention to other pathfinders only to find that they
too, were missing most or all of their center caps (factory alloy wheel).
I guess criminals are stealing these parts for a resale market.
These caps cost about $40.00 each (new) from the dealership.
Since they are so easy to steal, I decided not to replace them.
Anyone else missing center caps? Was this a bad design from Nissan?

Lost mine a long time ago ('94 pathfinder), never replaced them
Happens all the time from what I hear.
Saw on an xterra forum recently where even the newer xterra's wheel
nipples still fall off. Not sure about other models.
