Any particular challenges here? Besides losing most of what I put down
on this lease.

Does BMW "let you out of leases" to upgrade cars?

Any reasons NOT to dump my 330i Performance (which I love) for an M3
(which I mostly want for more speed (sick, i know)).

I got a great deal on my 330... paid 38xxx for MSRP 432xx, and got a
..0012 monty factor (or something). I had to look for a few weeks to
find that deal. The salesman from the 'stuffy' dealership closest to me
said he didn't know what an invoice price was (and therefore couldn't
comment/deal based on it).

I'm guessing M3's are a lot harder to get a deal on since they're kinda
specialized with a limited market?

Any other thoughts appreciated :)

Thanks in advance,
BJ

Not to quibble with what is definitely personal choice - I'm just curious
though about this question.... You seem to be saying that WOT acceleration
in the lower gears with your 330 performance is not sufficient? Third gear
with my "little" 328 gets me doing 80 mph (at 5K) out of freeway entrance
ramps and still accelerating like crazy since I'm right at peak hp point on
the engine - where (besides the track) can you really use more power. Here
in CA, the CHP tend to jump on you right away when they see you shooting out
of an entrance ramp and blowing past on-going traffic.
